Pre orders items are not available to ship at the time of purchase. the timeline for shipment of pre orders is in the description of every item. we will communicate with you when your items will go out but there can always be a delay on something so we just ask for patience in these situations. be sure to take this into consideration when ordering!

if you aren’t satisfied with your purchase you can exchange for store credit within 7 days of receiving your order.
returns are accepted for store credit only unless its an extreme situation.
returns must be made withing 7 days of being delivered
buyers pay return shipping and it must be shipped back to our return address.
sale items and gift cards are final sale items.
all discounts over 20% are final sale and cannot be returned.
items must be unworn, unwashed, and odor free upon return, we will make sure of this before issuing store credit.
if a mistake was made in your order (wrong item, wrong size) we will exchange the item, if the item is unavailable we will issue store credit.
